Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment is received and our team confirms the trip. Prices shown at checkout are fixed and include the driver, fuel and parking.
Passengers and luggage
Please book the vehicle size that matches your group and luggage. If the group or luggage is larger than booked, we may need to arrange a larger vehicle at additional cost.
Waiting time
For airport arrivals we track your flight and include reasonable waiting time. For other pickups, waiting beyond 30 minutes may be charged.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control, though we always do our best to keep you moving.
