Free cancellation
Cancel more than 24 hours before your pickup time and you receive a full refund.
Late cancellation
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be charged in full, because the driver and vehicle are already reserved for you.
Changes
Need a different time, address or vehicle size? Message us through your booking and we'll update it whenever we can, free of charge.
Flight delays
If your flight is delayed, we follow it and adjust the pickup. There is no charge for a delayed flight.
